In conjunction with the launch of the new Toggle Originals web series – 2589 Days Apart, starring Felicia Chin and national sprinter Timothee Yap, Toggle is organising a free running workshop at the Kallang Wave Mall on 20 May 2017.

The running workshop will be conducted by SSTAR Fitness founder and trainer Andrew Cheong, a RRCA certified distance running coach and FISAF certified personal trainer, who is also an IAAF Track and Field Coach and completed more than 30 marathons and Ironman triathlons.


Participants will learn more about running through a variety of topics, including injury prevention and running posture, as well as take part in drills and core strength exercises as part of the workshop before rounding off with a short run where they will get to apply what was learnt. Andrew will share the 2589 - 2 reasons why people get injured, 5 common running injuries, 8 core strength exercises to reduce injuries, and 9 min a day to do them
