What you will learn
Learn what are the elements of a good training program, you don't need to be a champion to have a champion mindset ! Regardless if its a novice or a double champion like Rui Yong, the elements of a good training program are the same. Learn what these are, how to improve your training, avoid running injuries and improve your running form.
